Terms of Service
Updated October 2025
You agree that you fully read and agree to my terms of service and that it is a binding contract. You also validate you are over the age of 18 to pay for my services. As the artist, I have the right to update my terms of service at my own discretion, refuse, or cancel a commission without explanation. Works in Progress and completed works are subjected to be posted on my social media accounts and portfolios. These terms are applied to both regular and VGEN commissions.
Usage and Rights
- Commissioned work are for personal use only.
- Commercial rights are to be discussed prior starting work.
- Customers are allowed to post artwork WITH CREDIT.
Artwork
- I will not mimic another artist's style. You must be comfortable with my style.
- All artworks are colored and fully rendered.
- Artwork files will be sent as as transparent, solid color, and/or simple gradient.
- Images are saved as JPEGS and PNGs.
Payment
- Payments will be made through Paypal Invoices in United States Dollars (USD) only.
- Work will not begin until FULL PAYMENT is made.
- Additional fees apply if reivisions require a complete re-work by the customer (i.e. pose changes).
- Variants do not apply to unlimited revisions, unless requested and paid appropriately.
- Prices are subjected to change due to quality control, rendering and details.

Turn Around Time
- Turn around time at a minimum two weeks, maximum one month. Any additional requests such as variants and backgrounds require additional time.
- Communication is key. Any delays will be addressed as soon as possible.
- Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Order

- Updates will arrive as they come. Please be patient.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued by the following:
- The artist cannot complete the artwork with the expected turn around time; or,
- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- Before work starts: Full refund
- After sketch approval: Partial refund up to 50% depending on how far along work is completed
- After color and finalization: No refunds

- Real life people
- Canonically underage characters (fictional or not)
- Extremely detailed armor, weaponry, and mecha
- Bara
- Text-based description without visual representation
- Extreme fetishes

PNGTube Models
- All PNGTube models are currently stylized at CHIBI and rigged in PNGTUBE REMIX only.
- You must have a good understanding of the program PNGTube Remix prior to ordering. I WILL NOT PROVIDE PERSONAL GUIDANCE OF THE PROGRAM. I highly recommend watching tutorials on YouTube or join the official PNGTube Remix Discord server.
- Max canvas size is 2048px x 2048px (2k) at 300DPI resolution.
- Models are rigged by default unless discussed otherwise.
