Terms of Service
Prior to commissioning me, you agree that you fully read and agree to my terms of service and that it is a binding contract. You also validate you are over the age of 18 to pay for my services. As the artist, I have the right to update my terms of service at my own discretion, refuse or cancel a commission without question. WIPs and completed are subjected to be posted on my social media accounts and portfolios.
Copyright
- Commissioned work are for personal use only
- Artwork will be posted on my profiles scaled half the original size with watermark
- Customers are allowed to post artwork with a link to my social media
Artwork and Delivery
- Names/usernames will not be used to protect the customer’s confidentiality when pieces are posted
- Watermarks will be used to protect the integrity of my work
- All artwork are fully rendered and WIPs be sent for customer
- Turn around time at a minimum two weeks, maximum one month. Any additional requests such as variants and backgrounds require additional time.
- Artwork files as both transparent, solid colored, and white backgrounds by default, otherwise stated.
- Images are saved as PNGs and JPEGs
Payments
- Payments must be made through Paypal Invoices and in United States Dollars (USD) only
- Customers are responsible ensuring they are receiving the correct commission order
- Work will not begin until at least half payment is made
- Customers have the option to pay a minimum of a quarter of the full price for three revision changes. If paid in full, you are granted max six revisions. However, if revisions become unbearable as the artist, I will have to cancel and refund your payment
- Additional fees apply if reivisions require a complete re-work by the customer (i.e. pose changes)
- Variants do not apply to unlimited revisions, unless requested and paid appropriately
- Prices are subjected to change due to quality control, rendering and details
- Tips are always appreciated ♡
Refunds
- If you are unsatisfied with the work, or I am unable to complete it on time, you will be fully refunded without question.
Order
- To order a commission, send me a Direct Message on Twitter! Be clear and consice on your commission as it makes easier for both the customer and artist.
- Updates will arrive from me. Please refrain from asking within a 24-hr time span or everyday.
